From December 2018 to January 2019, YWAM Athi River was priviledged to host the Uni DTS team from YWAM Oslo
It took about 2 hours for Petro & Grace to arrive at Athi River Base, from Nairobi, for their first visit since they landed in Kenya to pioneer a university ministry.
We lived in one as a couple.
To be honest, they were very small, but with a little homey touch, those few square meters became so cozy!
We affectionately called our little houses “tabernacles”.
They are presently up north in Marsabit, being part of a week-long youth camp.
Keep them in your prayers – fruitful endeavours!
“You have been our family and do remain our family even when we’re out there.
Thank you for the time we’ve been here together.”
We extend special thanks to all of you who have been part of the triumphs and challenges that have been encountered over these months.
Pray with us that next year will be many times more fruitful!
Whether you’ve been here before, or are planning to come tomorrow at 4, it’s good to know where the milk comes from!
Here’s a peek into Athi River’s Cow Project!
With the help of the other staff and community members, they were able to set the ball rolling, and it would be appropriate to say the revival of this system is very much underway!
